Please read these Terms carefully before registering or participating in ChampionsRally. By registering for the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Must possess a valid motorcycle driving licence.
  • Vehicle must be road-legal with insurance and documentation.
  • Participants should be in good physical and mental health.
2. Registration
  • Registration must be completed online.
  • Registrations are non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject applications.
  • All information must be accurate and up to date.
3. Fees and Refunds
  • Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for no-shows or voluntary withdrawals.
  • Refunds only if the Organiser cancels the event.
4. Safety Requirements
  • Helmets and riding gear are mandatory.
  • Comply with traffic and safety laws at all times.
  • Consumption of alcohol or drugs is prohibited before/during the rally.
  • Violations may result in disqualification.
5. Event Conduct
  • Respect fellow participants and event staff.
  • No reckless riding or stunts allowed.
  • Organiser may alter schedule based on weather or safety.
6. Liability Waiver
  • You assume all risks associated with participation.
  • You release the Organiser from any injury or damage liability.
  • You acknowledge the inherent risks of motorcycling.
7. Media and Photography
  • You grant permission for use of your image in event promotions.
  • If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the event date.
8. Privacy Policy
  • Your data will be used only for event coordination and related communications.
  • We do not sell your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Code of Ethics
  • All participants must demonstrate integrity and respect.
  • Discrimination or abuse will not be tolerated.
10. Modifications
  • We may modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
