Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering or participating in the Champions Rally (“Event”) organized by ChampionsRally.org (“Organizer”, “we”, or “us”). By registering for the Event, you ("Participant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
• Vehicle must be road-legal with insurance and documentation.
• Participants should be in good physical and mental health.

2. Registration

• Registration must be completed online.
• Registrations are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject applications.
• All information must be accurate and up to date.

3. Fees and Refunds

• Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• No refunds for no-shows or voluntary withdrawals.
• Refunds only if the Organizer cancels the event.

4. Safety Requirements

• Helmets and riding gear are mandatory.
• Comply with traffic and safety laws at all times.
• Consumption of alcohol or drugs is prohibited before/during the rally.
• Violations may result in disqualification.

5. Event Conduct

• Respect fellow participants and event staff.
• No reckless riding or stunts allowed.
• Organizer may alter schedule based on weather or safety.

6. Liability Waiver

• You assume all risks associated with participation.
• You release the Organizer from any injury or damage liability.
• You acknowledge the inherent risks of motorcycling.

7. Media and Photography

• You grant permission for use of your image in event promotions.
• If you do not consent, please notify us in writing in advance.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your data will be used only for event coordination.
• We do not sell or share data without your consent.

9. Code of Ethics

• All participants must demonstrate integrity and respect.
• Discrimination or abuse will not be tolerated.

10. Modifications

• We may modify these terms at any time.
• Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
