Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before registering or participating in ChampionsRally. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driving licence.
- Vehicle must be road-legal with insurance and documentation.
- Participants should be in good physical and mental health.
2. Registration
- Registration must be completed online.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject applications.
- All information must be accurate and up to date.
3. Fees and Refunds
- Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- No refunds for no-shows or voluntary withdrawals.
- Refunds only if the Organiser cancels the event.
4. Safety Requirements
- Helmets and riding gear are mandatory.
- Comply with traffic and safety laws at all times.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs is prohibited before/during the rally.
- Violations may result in disqualification.
5. Event Conduct
- Respect fellow participants and event staff.
- No reckless riding or stunts allowed.
- Organiser may alter schedule based on weather or safety.
6. Liability Waiver
- You assume all risks associated with participation.
- You release the Organiser from any injury or damage liability.
- You acknowledge the inherent risks of motorcycling.
7. Media and Photography
- You grant permission for use of your image in event promotions.
- If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the event date.
8. Privacy Policy
- Your data will be used only for event coordination and related communications.
- We do not sell your personal data.
9. Code of Ethics
- All participants must demonstrate integrity and respect.
- Discrimination or abuse will not be tolerated.
10. Modifications
- We may modify these terms at any time.
- Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.
By participating in ChampionsRally, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
